Testimonials From Corina’s Yoga Therapy Clients

“I feel more at ease … more in my element. Corina was definitely helpful for me and my baby during each moment. I was able to actually feel each moment. She helped me come to terms with being okay to feel relaxed. These sessions feel so amazing and it is something that you don’t realize that your body and baby needs.”

“When I started working with Corina, I had been suffering from chronic hip and back pain for several years that sometimes led to a pinched nerve, which was debilitating. I had previously worked with two physical therapists who were not able to help me fully resolve the issue. I decided to try Yoga Therapy because I did not want to continue living with the daily discomfort and fear of another debilitating attack of nerve pain.

Corina was able to help me fully resolve the hip pain, and this allowed me to move onto more challenging exercises to help me build back my strength. Corina is very knowledgeable and supportive with a gentle, understanding manner. The holistic approach of yoga therapy helped me move on to better health with better stress management. I continue to use the techniques that I learned with Corina, and it has improved my quality of life. I would highly recommend both the practice of yoga therapy and Corina as a yoga therapist.”

“Facilitated stretch with Corina was such a beautiful, grounding experience. This assisted stretch was exactly what my body and nervous system needed. Corina’s trauma-informed approach, gentle guidance, and consistent respect for comfort and boundaries created a space where I felt completely safe and supported. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and more connected to my body. Truly more than a stretch – it was therapeutic, deeply calming, and supportive of nervous system regulation. I highly recommend it.”
