About Lauren
Lauren is a certified yoga therapist with the highest-level certification, the C-IAYT designation from the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She completed her foundational
training in 2021 with Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy and, as of December 2023, achieved her advanced 875-hour certification.
Lauren works one-on-one with clients seeking support for a range of conditions, including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and autoimmune disorders. She also teaches group classes at Kindred Flow Yoga in Wyoming. Committed to lifelong learning, Lauren considers herself a yoga student first and is passionate about
sharing its therapeutic and healing benefits. She believes yoga should be accessible to all.
Lauren is a dedicated board member and teacher for Project Yoga in Cincinnati, an organization bringing yoga and mindfulness to underserved communities. She also volunteers at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and serves on the Environmental Stewardship Commission in Wyoming, OH. Additionally, she co-leads the Green Team at Wyoming City Schools.
Before her career in yoga therapy, Lauren spent 13 years in the financial services industry. She worked in New York City with Lexington Financial Advisors, RSM McGladrey, and KPMG, holding roles in marketing and relationship management.
