“Beyond Tired” caters to professionals navigating the high-pressure terrains of healthcare, mental wellness, and leadership roles. Whether you’re a physician, nurse, therapist, business owner, or anyone serving the community or supporting a family, this course provides a haven of restoration and insight.

Guided by certified yoga therapists Christine Saari and Sara Merrick-Albano, the program spans five weeks, combining actionable techniques with the support of a nurturing community.

Throughout the course, participants will immerse themselves in various exploratory yoga-based practices, designed to be easily integrated into daily routines.
