Yoga for Anxiety
Thursdays 9:30am
If you’re struggling with anxiety, you’re not alone. Anxiety can be overwhelming, affecting your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. But under the guidance of a certified yoga therapist, we can help you find relief and balance your nervous system.
In this class, we’ll explore gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation practices that can help manage anxiety symptoms such as racing thoughts, shallow breathing, and tension or pain in the body. We’ll also teach you techniques you can use on your own to help calm your mind and find peace in the present moment.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. We provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to choose what works best for you.
Yoga for Autoimmune Conditions

If you’re living with an autoimmune condition, you know how challenging it can be to manage the symptoms and effects on your body and mind. You may be experiencing physical, mental and emotional stress that can lead to fatigue, inflammation, and frequent illness affecting your daily life. Yoga can be a valuable tool in helping you cope with these difficulties.
Our class is designed to support your personal healing journey through the practice of yoga nidra, a guided meditation that can help you find deep relaxation and balance in all five layers of your being, or koshas. Yoga nidra can help improve systemic balance, reduce inflammation, and boost the immune system by generating healing brainwave states through the regular practice of deep rest.
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe to explore your healing process.
Yoga for Cancer

If you or a loved one are currently going through cancer treatment or are a cancer survivor, we understand that this can be a challenging time. That’s why we offer a safe and supportive online yoga class specifically designed for those affected by cancer.
Our yoga therapists are trained to guide you through a gentle and therapeutic yoga practice that can help you improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our class is also focused on enhancing lymphatic flow to support healthy immune function.
We’ll focus on adaptive options for gentle movement, restorative postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that can help reduce stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression and pain. Yoga has been shown to have many benefits for those affected by cancer, including improved mobility, reduced pain, fatigue, and swelling, and an improved sense of calm and relaxation.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming to all. We believe in the healing power of yoga and are committed to supporting you on your journey towards wellness.
Yoga for Back Pain - Disc Herniation & Sciatica

If you’ve been diagnosed with herniated discs with or without sciatica and experience chronic low back pain, you understand the challenge of staying physically active and pain-free. Maybe you’re looking for help with managing chronic pain and stress. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first line of treatment for chronic low back pain.
Our yoga for low back pain class is designed to help you build strength, maintain flexibility, and manage pain from herniated discs with or without sciatica. Our yoga therapists offer options for movement and postures to help you increase awareness of how your body moves, as well as breathing techniques to help you manage chronic pain.
This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. We provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to choose what works best for you.
Yoga for Osteoporosis

Are you living with osteoporosis and feeling anxious about the impact of this condition on your physical and emotional well-being? Are you also looking for ways to improve your bone density and reduce the risk of fractures? Our class is specifically designed by certified yoga therapists to address these concerns and help you achieve your health goals using an evidence-based approach.
In this class, you will learn safe and effective yoga poses, movements, and breathing techniques that can help increase bone density, improve balance and coordination, and strengthen the muscles that support the spine and other bones. Our experienced instructors will guide you through modified poses that are appropriate for those with weakened bones, and you will be encouraged to move mindfully and stay within your comfort zone while still challenging yourself to improve your bone health.
We understand that living with osteoporosis can be challenging both physically and emotionally, and that’s why our class also addresses the emotional concerns that are common among individuals with this condition. You will learn techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and cultivate a sense of self-acceptance and confidence. In addition, we will foster a supportive and inclusive community where you can connect with others who share similar experiences and concerns.

Yoga for Tweens
Next series begins September 12, 2023

It can be tough to see your child feeling overwhelmed and anxious, especially with the added stress of school and peer pressure. That’s why we’re offering an online trauma-sensitive restorative yoga class specifically for tweens.
In this class, our experienced yoga instructors will guide your child through gentle and relaxing poses to help them feel safe, release tension and learn relaxation skills for life. We’ll also practice breathing exercises that can improve focus and increase self-confidence.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to help your child take a break from social media, video games and schedules and find a moment of calm. We believe that self-care and mindfulness practices like yoga can have a positive impact on your child’s mental health and overall well-being.

Class Rates & Class Packages
Classes are $18 for a single drop in.
We offer packages of 10 classes for $150 ($15/class). Class packages expire after 4 months and are not transferable between individuals or between different class types. You can purchase a class package while booking below.
There are no refunds for drop-ins or class packages.
Classes are 45 minutes long and conducted on Zoom in Eastern time.
Sign-up closes 15 minutes before class starts. Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before class starts.
