Session Rates

• Intake Session:
  $225 (60-90 minutes)
• Follow-Up Session:
  $175 (45-60 minutes)

Home Visits

• While we prefer to see clients at one of our locations or via telehealth, we offer home visits on a limited basis to those who have difficulty with mobility or limited transportation access, and for whom telehealth is not suitable.
• All home visits require a home consult to determine suitability of having sessions at home, prior to the intake.
• Rates for home visits:
  $350 for home consult and intake;
  $175 per session, travel time to and from nearest office is billed at $175/hour
• We do not offer reduced rates for home visits.

Payment Information

• We accept credit cards.
• We can also accept HSA and FSA debit cards.
  Please note: The IRS requires a letter of medical necessity to use HSA and FSA funds for yoga therapy.
  This letter is for your records—we do not need a copy.
• A credit or debit card is required on file, and the intake session must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Victim Compensation Program: If you are a Connecticut victim of domestic violence or sexual assault, you may be eligible to apply for reimbursement for yoga therapy to support your recovery through the OVS Victim Compensation Program. Learn more here and at the OVS website.

Medicare Advantage Plans: Some Medicare Advantage plans offer reimbursement for fitness programs as a benefit. If you have one of these health insurance plans, you may be able to submit costs of yoga therapy for reimbursement. We are happy to provide you an itemized receipt.

Insurance & Billing

• There is currently no billing code for yoga therapy, and it is not covered by health insurance. Our services are private pay.
• We do not accept any insurance plans.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy:

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will incur a $50 charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
